RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES
To start the recruitment procedure, Shella Consultants and the Employer execute an agency agreement between them stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from India. This agreement should be signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions upon which the manpower trade will be executed.

Employers Part:-

Registration on Online Emigrate Portal: The Employer/Principle needs to register on the Emigrate system and raise the Demand Letter & Power Of Attorney through the online portal www.emigrate.gov.in.

Demand Letter: The Employer/Principal then prints the demand letter generated online from Emigrate portal on his company letter head issued in favour of Shella Consultants stating the job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food,medical,transport, airpassage, accommodation etc.

Power Of Attorney: The Employer/Principal also prints the Power of Attorney generated online from the Emigrate portal in favor of Shella consultants addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy in India, informing him that M/s. Shella Consultants is their bonafide Manpower recruiting agent and is fully authorized to deal with all visa matters, submissions and delivery, with the said Embassy. (Applicable to middle - east and far- east countries only).

Offer Letter (Agreement of Employment): This is a standard employment contract between employer and employee.

Recruiting Agent Role:-

Selection Process: Shella Consultants always prefers the selection of an applicant either by oral or practical test to be conducted by the employer or his authorised representative. We arrange the Employer’s accommodation, transport and all other logistic support required for the interview process. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing ofthe workers, we normally do it with the help of a team of experts for technical & professional categories under direct supervision of our professional executives.

Medical Checkup:
After the final selection, we send the workers/candidates for medical checkup at the authorized medical centre of the respective Embassies of the country of employment.

Application for Visa:
We coordinate with the selectedcandidates and collect the required documents mandatory for Visa process and forward the same to the Employer to apply for the Visa. If in case the Visa stamping needs to be done in India, we assist with the same.

Emigration and Ticketing:
We initiate the Emigration process for the all the candidates. Once they procure the Emigration clearance from the concerned Govt. Dept., The employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of Shella Consultants, to facilitate traveling as scheduled.

Orientation before departure:
Shella Consultants provides basic orientation to workers before traveling overseas. The workers are informed about their duties, responsibilities and firsthand information of work environmentof the foreign country they will be working in. They are also briefed about thesalient features of labour laws of the country of employment.
